By participating in the 2026 Red River Rendezvous, I acknowledge that motoring activities involve inherent risks. I agree to assume full responsibility for my own safety and the safety of any passengers. I release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and venue operators from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in this event, except where prohibited by law.
I certify that my vehicle is properly insured, licensed, and in safe operating condition, and that I will comply with all applicable laws and event rules.
If you do not agree to this waiver, please do not submit your registration.
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the organizers as soon as possible. The cutoff date for cancellations is May 10, 2026. After that date no refunds will be issued. Before that date, cancellations will be subject to a $15CAD/$12USD processing fee.

A guided tour of Lower Fort Garry, a historic Hudson's Bay Company fur trade post built in 1830. Maps will be provided for your convenience to help with your ~10 minute drive from the host hotel to the fort. Once there, a Rendezvous volunteer will lead you through the historic buildings and exhibits.

A guided tour of the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada. Maps will be provided to help with your ~45 minute drive from the host hotel to the museum. Once there, guides will lead you through the aircraft displays, including early bush planes, experimental aircraft, Cold War jets, and more.

A guided tour of the lakeside town of Gimli. Maps will be provided to help with your ~50 minute drive from the host hotel to Gimli. Once there, a Rendezvous volunteer will lead you through art installations, gift shops, and the waterfront.

Join us at the Selkirk Park for a picnic supper and social gathering. Challenge friends, new and old, to some fun picnic games, or take a stroll along the riverfront.

Cocktails at 6pm, dinner at 7pm. Location is the Selkirk Golf and Country Club.
Note: Seating is limited to 200 guests — register early to avoid disappointment!

Join us for a casual evening to meet fellow attendees and kick off the event. It will be held at the Selkirk Golf and Country Club, a short drive from the host hotel. Finger food will be provided. Cash bar available.

After the morning tours, attendees are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities taking place in the hotel parking lot, including Pit Stop Challenges and Valve Cover Races.

After getting your photo taken at the starting line, follow a leisurely route through the area surrounding Selkirk, stopping at various checkpoints to collect playing cards. The best poker hand at the end wins!

After cleaning up your pride and joy after the Poker Rally, head across town to the waterfront boardwalk for the Charity Car Show. Display your vehicle to the public and enjoy the company of your fellow event attendees.
